What is ONERO™?
ONERO™ is a scientifically validated exercise program shown to significantly improve bone density and reduce fracture risk in individuals with osteopenia or osteoporosis.
Delivered in a small group setting, ONERO™ combines high-intensity strength training, impact loading, balance, and core exercises. Every session is supervised by an accredited Exercise Physiologist who will tailor the program to your needs and progress you safely over time. Beyond supporting your bone health, ONERO™ helps you build strength, boost confidence, and improve resilience — all in a supportive and enjoyable environment.
